Hello! My name is Keila and I am the creator and owner of Simply Stitched. I am a pediatric nurse that has hung up the stethoscope to be a stay at home Mom for our son. Best job in the world! For Christmas in 2016, I had made family and friends rice pads as gifts. They were such a hit that a friend of mine suggested I should try to sell them. So here I am! I decided to give it a whirl and learn how to run my own business and officially launched Simply Stitched in 2018. I recently have added Weighted Blankets! I try to keep my weighted blankets as affordable as possible, so I only charge for materials and a little for my time. All of the rice pads and weighted blankets are handmade by myself.
